As our garments are custom-made to your specific measurements and preferences, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we will address them on a case-by-case basis.
1.2. Ready-to-Wear Products
For ready-to-wear items, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached. The return or exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

Refunds are eligible for the following reasons: The item is defective or damaged upon receipt. The item does not match the order specifications (e.g., wrong size, color, or style).

The following items are non-refundable: Custom-made garments that fit the provided measurements and specifications. Items purchased on sale or clearance. Gift cards.
